Landon Graham

With over a decade of experience as a licensed attorney, I focus on advising and protecting the people who keep our communities moving. My work extends beyond contracts and disputes; I provide clear, strategic counsel that helps organizations navigate risk, control costs, and grow with confidence. Having led diverse teams and managed a wide range of legal matters, I understand the daily demands of running an operation and the value of practical, business-minded guidance. I aim to be a straightforward, reliable partner for clients facing complex legal and operational decisions.

I approach my work with the long-term goal of giving back to the communities that shaped me. I was born and raised between Marion, SC and Summerville, SC. I grew up splitting time between my grandfather’s construction sites all over the southeast, my late father’s tobacco farms, and the courtroom with my mother. Those experiences instilled a deep respect for hard work, and gave me a firsthand understanding of the people who uphold our communities. Over the course of my career, I have worked with individuals and organizations across a wide range of industries, gaining direct insight into the challenges they face—from healthcare deserts and limited resources in rural areas to the operational and financial pressures confronting providers, small businesses, and growing companies. Today, I draw on both my legal training and real-world experience to help bridge those gaps, using the law as a practical tool to expand access and strengthen stability for underserved communities and the providers, clinics, and businesses that support them.

Outside of work, I value time with my family, close friends, and my pup, Roscoe. I enjoy traveling and appreciate the perspective and balance that comes from stepping away and recharging near the ocean. Most importantly, I carry a deep gratitude and continued memory of Larry Graham, James ‘Jimmy’ Hudgens IV, Lawrence Clay Carmical, and Jeremy Carmical. As family and friends, their lives and the examples they set formed the foundation for the people who continually influence me and challenge me to be a better person every day.
